In July 2021, a tragic incident shocked the community of Hurricane, Utah, with the death of 4-year-old Kache Wallis. After being put to bed the previous night, Kache mysteriously disappeared.
His body was later found inside a small toy chest in his bedroom. An investigation by the Utah Medical Examiner’s Office determined the cause of death to be “positional asphyxiation.”
The ordeal began when Kache’s grandmother woke up and discovered he was missing. She immediately alerted authorities, prompting a search of the house.
