- Squats: Strengthen legs and glutes (3 sets, 12–15 reps).
- Pushups: Work shoulders, chest, and core (3 sets, 8–12 reps).
- Dumbbell Rows: Build back and arms (3 sets, 10–12 reps).
- Glute Bridges: Target glutes and lower back (3 sets, 12–15 reps).
- Plank with Shoulder Taps: Engage core and balance (3 sets, 10–12 reps per side).
