Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong announced plans to renounce his U.S. citizenship following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.
During a performance at London Stadium, Armstrong revealed he’d be spending more time in Europe, adding, “You’re going to get a lot of me in the coming days.” He continued his criticism of the U.S. during another show in Huddersfield, England.
Meanwhile, pop star Olivia Rodrigo also took a stand at the Glastonbury festival, calling out conservative justices by name, saying, “We hate you!”
