ABC’s The View has faced criticism for its heated debates and sharp remarks, with many arguing that the hosts prioritize personal political views over meaningful discussion. The show often aims to grab attention with provocative comments, but its future is uncertain, especially as Disney considers divesting from the struggling channel.
In a recent interview on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, the star of Jersey Shore, made headlines with her candid remarks about Joy Behar, one of The View‘s co-hosts. When asked about her celebrity encounters, Snooki revealed Behar was the “rudest celebrity” she had met in her 14 years in the public eye. Cohen, taken aback, pressed her for more details, and Snooki described an alleged incident where Behar cornered her in a bathroom and told her, “You’re not Italian!”
Although Snooki didn’t specify when the encounter took place, her remarks echoed a 2011 video in which she mocked Behar. In the video, Snooki and her friend Farley impersonated older Jewish women, with Snooki playing “Joy B” and calling her an “Italian wannabe.” The clip was later deleted after Snooki explained that it was meant as a joke but was taken too seriously.
